Phase ConductorThe phase conductor shall be circular stranded annealed aluminum conductors (class 2).The phase conductor shall have a left-hand direction of lay. The raw material used for aluminum conductors must have a minimum purity of 99.5%. In both cases the requirements of Standard IEC 60228 must be complied with.2. InsulationThe insulation of the phase conductor shall be XLPE. It shall be applied by an extrusion process and shall be spark tested3. Concentric LayerThe neutral conductor shall be concentric and shall be manufactured from plain annealed aluminum wires. The concentric layer shall be applied with a right hand direction of lay.4. Pilot CoreThe pilot core shall be copper condcutor with LLDPE insulation.5.
